Shipping & Delivery

We aim to pack and send all orders as quickly as possible, usually within one business day. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules and location, but most New Zealand orders arrive within 2–4 business days.

If the shipping address is in a rural area, the “Rural Delivery” rate applies and delivery may take an extra day or two.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you’ll love your FIR fragrance. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

As fragrance is a personal product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once a bottle has been opened.

FIR Eau de Parfum is crafted in New Zealand using pure oil from the Douglas Fir tree. Each ingredient is carefully selected to reflect the clean, green essence of Aotearoa’s forests.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted payment gateway. Your card details are never stored by us, and all transactions comply with New Zealand data and privacy standards.
